More than 30 years ago that the Jazz sur la Plage festival takes up residence every summer in the village of Hermance. Editions that have colored the cobblestones of the medieval village with little blue notes! Over the years, the festival has indeed been able to adapt and reinvent itself without losing sight of its mission of sharing jazz music, nor its trademark: homemade.
How exactly?

The programming: On average, 60% of the artists come from the Gene regionvoise (the other 40% come from the rest of Switzerland or France).
The products: the wine we sell is made by winemakers from the village of Hermance! The beers come from
Calvinus (the very first micro-brewer in Geneva), the Sangria is made in Gy (with a secret recipe
of our dear president), Meinier apple juice, and even Cola is Swiss!
The organization: The association is small, and everyone has a hand in everything, especially during assembly and disassembly!

In addition to the local side, we try to reduce our ecological footprint as much as possible. Adopted in 2019, our ecological charter stipulates that:

• We do not sell PET bottles to the public.

• We do not produce festival glass. 

• The food we buy is Swiss is maximum organic and from the Geneva region.

• We strive to strengthen our ties with the TPG to facilitate travel by public transport.
