Description:Join us for the 39th edition of the Open Cellars! Organised by the winemakers of the canton, this event offers a special encounter between town and country.
Discovering the 2025 vintage
The third largest wine-producing canton in Switzerland, Geneva is distinguished by the richness and diversity of its landscapes. The vineyard extends over three main regions: the Mandement (Satigny, Dardagny…), the area between the Arve and Rhône rivers (Lully, Bernex, Soral…) and the area between the Arve and the lake (Jussy, Anières, Gy…).
On Saturday, May 30th, more than 70 wineries will open their doors to the public. Visitors will be able to discover the remarkable 2025 vintage, as well as the 2024 wines aged in barrels. This day will also be an opportunity to stroll through wine villages and explore the unique characteristics of each region.
A pass for a complete experience
The day pass, offered at a price of 20 francs directly in the cellars, takes the form of an original macaron designed by the internationally renowned press cartoonist Patrick Chappatte, who also created the poster for this edition.
This prize includes the traditional glass engraved with the canton's coat of arms, specially designed for optimal tasting.
