Arab Strap have announced a series of concerts celebrating the 25th anniversary of Philophobia, the Scottish duo's classic second album, released April 20, 1998 by Chemikal Underground Records. Philophobia Undressed will see Aidan Moffat and Malcolm Middleton quietly celebrate the album by performing a live duet, presenting its 13 tracks in their most intimate form, in ever-smaller venues across England in June, then in the rest of Europe for the following dates.

Although they've never been used to a lot of things in the past, the two artists found it difficult to ignore the magnitude of this particular anniversary and decided to honor the album with an appropriate tip of the hat. , or rather to get rid of it…
