Description:Grand procession and historical scenes in the old town
From December 13 to 15, old town
On December 14 and 15, in the old town, the Compagnie de 1602 depicts daily life in Geneva at the end of the 16th century. Halberdiers, arquebusiers, horsemen and historical figures parade in the old costumes.
Of the demonstrations musket firing, cannon firing or halberd handling are also organized. Not to mention the processions, including the great historical procession of the Escalade, made up of some 800 volunteers in costume, on foot or on horseback, crisscrossing the old town from the Parc des Bastions.
