The race offers a unique 42.195 km loop that combines the most beautiful assets of the city of Geneva with the magnificent surrounding countryside.
The beauty of the Geneva course, with a first part in the countryside and a finish in the heart of the city opposite the famous Jet d'Eau, as well as its rolling layout attracts runners who each year beat their personal best by more than 50%.
The event is open to licensed and non-licensed runners aged 18 or over in the year of the race (born before 1.01.2008).

For this 19th edition, we are pleased to welcome theSwiss Marathon Championships 2025. All participants registered for the Marathon distance, of nationality Swiss Or Liechtenstein, will be automatically included in these championships.
