From September 18 to 22, the GVA Wind Festival, Tropical Corner and Boards magazine are offering a breathtaking sports show in the harbor of Geneva. For 5 days, the best windsurfers on the planet will come to compete to try to win the
title of European champion of foil freestyle, an extremely spectacular new discipline.
Among the athletes present, we will notably find the
reigning world champion, the Belgian Yentel Caers, or
again the Bienne Balz Müller, a world reference of the
freestyle. Throughout the event, demos and
hardware tests will be organized in an atmosphere
friendly.
The Tropical team and the GVA association
Wind Festival will concoct festive evenings and meals
every evening.
Thanks to the freestyle demonstrations
“tow-in”, the riders will perform exceptional tricks
as close as possible to the public, thrills guaranteed.
Given the keen interest in these disciplines
innovative and spectacular, Tropical Corner and the
magazine Boards Switzerland have set up since 2020
an event intended for an audience of
enthusiasts as well as people wishing to discover this
universe!
