Description:

The May 2024 edition

Mai au Parc is a free festival, which offers two musical and festive evenings on Friday and Saturday and reserves Sunday afternoon for families with activities for children and two concerts for the general public. The festival is intended to be friendly and open, a moment of sharing and discovery.

Friday starts off nicely with Madjo then takes us to the urban atmospheres of Brazil and Colombia to end with the Cuban salsa of Isaac Delgado y su orquesta.
Saturday begins with the incredible young talents of the EMA and then slaloms between soul/hip-hop with Brazilian flavors, the difficult to classify but wonderful music of Elvett, Latin hip-hop from the Dominican Republic and complete the trip to Africa with the Amazons of Africa.
The traditional Sunday will offer entertainment for children, a concert/entertainment and will close with a blues/rock concert by Geneva-based triggermen Los Gatillos. With of course pancakes and other cotton candy, and an aperitif for the parents.

Located along the Aïre, on the border between Lancy and Geneva, two hectares of “Pro Natura” forest and plains offer a unique setting, an oasis of nature in the heart of the city, which invites relaxation and sharing, in all simplicity.

With you, Bernasconi Park will vibrate with music and encounters from May 31 to June 2.

The festival is inclusive and everyone is welcome. Disabled access to La Plaine is available via the Lancy road, and access to the Villa can be requested from our volunteers.

The festival has a zero waste policy, which results in the use of recyclable tableware and glasses, daily cleaning of the park and strict management of the waste produced.

You can help us by not leaving your own waste on site, by returning it to the sorting carts and by consuming the products offered at the stands and bars, which contribute directly to the festival budget and its free admission.
