To close this Sunday and musical menu, the musicians of the Byron Quartet will take up residence at the Temple. The four musicians, Wendy Ghysels, François James, Robin Lemmel and Coralie Devars, met around the Lake Geneva basin at the instigation of Gábor Takács-Nagy. The quartet, whose name is a tribute to the poet Lord Byron, regularly performs at international classical events: Guildhall Ensemble Festival of London, Promenades Musicales de Fontainebleau, Festival de Bellerive, Schubertiades… In Carouge, the ensemble will offer four pieces: quartet in B flat major K. 458 “The Hunt” by Mozart; Quartet n. 11 in F minor “serioso” by Beethoven; Quartettsatz n.12 in C minor by Schubert and Oracion del torero Op. 34 + serenade Op. 87 by Turina.
