The Dire Straits Experience: much more than a simple tribute!
An extraordinary musical universe, music that transcends generations, that's the magic of the legendary group Dire Straits. Led by the legendary Mark Knopfler, Dire Straits were one of the greatest rock bands of the 80s.

After its dissolution in 1995, it took until 2011 to be able to relive the magic of the group live on the magnificent stage of the Royal Albert Hall in London. That evening, the original members of the band perform without Mark Knopfler – who is fully dedicated to his solo career – but can count on the voice of the talented Terence Reis to bring back the magic of Dire Straits. A world tour of more than 150 dates followed.

Following the success of the latter, the group was invited to perform in Australia and New Zealand. A great opportunity that allows Chris White – the saxophonist of Dire Straits – and Terence Reis to collaborate again and thus create The Dire Straits Experience. Bringing together musicians all more talented than each other, this formation is much more than a simple tribute. The Dire Straits Experience revives and refreshes the timeless music of the legendary group by replaying great classics such as Sultans Of Swing, Money for Nothing and Telegraph Road.
