The School of Contemporary Music, founded in 1983, the first neither classical nor jazz music school in French-speaking Switzerland, was initially dedicated to the study of the rock style. Over the decades, his teaching has extended to all so-called “current” music (hereinafter: MUA). Its activity has been recognized since 1985 by the Department of Public Instruction of the Republic and Canton of Geneva (hereinafter: DIP).
