The Carouge temple near Geneva was built between 1818 and 1822. Initially (1818-1819), the architect François Broillet built a simple square room with a vaulted ceiling and galleries. Then between 1820 and 1822, this magnificent neo-classical style portico was added with these four columns and a rectangular pediment.
