The holidays are approaching! C si simple is offering new adult baking workshops on the theme of the festive season. On Monday December 16 from 6pm to 9pm, take part in the “sweet macaroons” workshop. This workshop is the perfect opportunity to spend a deliciously creative moment with friends, as a couple or on your own. What’s more, it’ll help you shine at your holiday dinner parties. You’ll make macaroons with different fillings: spice, apple-cinnamon and marrons glacés. You’ll learn how to make ganache, ganache montée and Swiss meringue buttercream. These mouth-watering creations are sure to put you in the holiday spirit.
