The band released their first studio album, City Baby Attacked by Rats, in 1982, which hit the UK charts. The success of the first album was repeated with the second album, City Baby's Revenge, in 1984 and the band toured Europe and America, notably at the Carlisle Punk festival!
Also in 1984, the band dropped “Charged” and renamed themselves simply GBH (grievous bodily harm; aggravated blows and injuries). In 1997 they released the album Punk Junkies on SOS Records, followed by Ha Ha in 2002 on Go Kart Records. After several years of inactivity, in 2010 the band released the album Perfume and Piss3.
