Oneida made a name for themselves by venturing deeper and deeper into abstract and atmospheric sound, recording long, haunting compositions that couldn't be more different from the pulsing, hammering anthems of their past. Four years after the release of Romance, Oneida returns with Success, their most guitar-centric rock album in decades.
"We've been in the woods for a long time, doing some really tough, fucked up, psychotic things and sharing them with the world and expecting people to follow," Kid Millions said. "Honestly, we didn't try to do anything more direct, but that's what happened."
